Cialis or Tadalafil is a medicine that also increases blood flow into the genital region of a male to assist in the sexual imparities, it also assists in the heart related illnesses and can be beneficial to many people with low blood issues.

Diagnoses

Two types of Diagnoses require administration of Cialis;

  1. Erectile Dysfunction
  2. PULMONARY HYPERTENSION

Let’s start with

ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION

Erectile dysfunction is the disability to form an erection or to sustain it for a longer period of time. These are common and can be mistaken as inability when in fact they are disabilities that need to be treated with medication.

Symptoms

  • Premature ejaculation
  • Difficulty sustaining erection
  • Not having any erection
  • No ejaculation even with proper stimulation.
  • Inability to finish intercourse.

These are the general symptoms; some additional and unconventional symptoms can include;

  • Pain during erection
  • Stinging during ejaculation
  • Shortness of breath
  • Dizziness

Treatment

There are multiple treatments for erectile dysfunction, from physical therapy to medication and surgery. However, medication and physical therapy are more prevalent, medicine even more so than therapy as there is a lot of social stigma and embarrassment in interaction over treatment of erectile dysfunction.

Of course, there are alternative ways to get diagnosed now, instead of direct interaction. Such as getting an online diagnosis from NHS authorized online pharmacies like UK Pharmacy Meds and others of the like. In the medical option, most common is Cialis, Viagra or other stimulants, however doctors normally prescribe Cialis or Tadalafil.

PULMONARY HYPERTENSION

The pulmonary Hypertension is abnormal blood flow in the lung region, it causes shortness of breath, dizziness, anaemia, lowered energy, etc. Pulmonary Hypertension is said to be linked to other diseases, although many recorded cases show that it has no defined cause and can occur without a general issue that is common.

This disease can cause the heart to become larger in mass and cause it to harden, unable to pump blood fast or it can lead it to become weak and unable to work through resistance. The heart can have a hard time and if it is not treated it can lead to heart attack or other serious side effects of long term undiagnosed Pulmonary Hypertension.

The heart can in other cases not pump out blood fast enough for the body to sustain itself which leads to a build-up of bad blood in the body too, the toxins increase and can lead to additional issues.

Symptoms

This issue can be hard to diagnose; however, the symptoms can easily be seen in bigger cases where there are higher signs of these things altogether.

  • Light-headedness/ dizzy spells
  • Flushed and feverish skin
  • Constant tiredness after non-strenuous work
  • Chest pains
  • Pain in abdomen, ankles and legs
  • Irregular heartbeat
  • Issues with breathing
  • Fatigue

The symptoms are hard to catch and can often be missed and that can lead to wrong diagnoses so, it is extremely important to get a regular check-up. If you ignore early signs as overreactions, it can be hard on the body later on as this can be adjusted with the right treatment.

Treatment

Although, this issue has many different treatments the most common ones are listed, however refrain from using this blog as the primary source and diagnosing yourself with the issue, if you have some of the symptoms and not others or even have all of them, contact an actual doctor before using this as a treatment manual as all people re different.

Therapy

Therapy requires gradual physical movements to help the heart become more resilient, this can include exercising in certain ways or biking and walking under supervision for gradually inclining periods of time over the course of the treatment.

Remember to get the right diagnostic for your heart as some PHT can be Cardiovascular and others can be related to Lung disease. So, make sure you get the right diagnoses for the right therapy.

Medication

Medication that is more company used for this issue is Tadalafil, commonly known by it’s brand name Cialis, this medication is administered to assist the flow of blood through the body at a sufficient rate. There are definitely other medication and to understand that you need to contact the doctor.

Surgical help

In severe cases where people need extreme and urgent medica treatment, there can be a requirement of surgery. Not always, but sometimes.

Cialis contraindications

Now for the precautions relating to Cialis, if you need to take Cialis, first thing to note is that never get your dosage mixed up. The dosage for ED is extremely low in comparison to the requirement for PHT. So always get your diagnostic confirmed and check what your requirement is.

Cialis Contraindications are most commonly avoidance when using nitrates of any kind, if you take nitrates, this is not the drug for you as it can cause extreme side effects from heart irregularities to a stroke or a heart attack. Cialis is not a drug that can work with nitrates and the damage of using both can be at times extreme and painful.

If you take antidepressants, antibiotics or any other medication regularly, it is necessary that you ask for your doctors’ advice while adding new medication to the mix because the issues can occur rather than the treatment. Not just Cialis, but many other medications have contraindications that require the doctor’s approval, so make sure to tell your doctor of any current medication when taking Cialis.

DO NOT overindulge in Alcohol when taking Cialis, it is a medicine and no medication is okay to be taken with an alcoholic drink.

Advantages if Cialis

Cialis gives you a better control over your erection that any other medication, once you administer Cialis, you need actual stimulation to get an erection, unlike Viagra. Cialis needs to be administered 30 minutes earlier for safe and good results in case of ED.
